Shipping has begun! A look ahead at INK BEAST

Greetings Anatomicans!
The time has come for shipping to start and many of you received a tracking email this morning (woot!). Brothership will be shipping in a couple of waves over the next couple of days to North and South America, with a large order heading over the pond to Jocu to get those orders out to the EU and other international backers. I can't tell you how excited I am to be shipping even before the September estimate.
Ink Beast?
Yes, you read that correctly. I partnered with an amazing tattoo artist out of Korea to develop an aggressive and stunning project featuring wild animals from air, land, and sea. I plan to launch in October, so keep an eye out for email updates and feel free to follow curio_playingcards on Instagram or Facebook to stay in the loop.
Before I dive into my next project, keep in mind that Botanica is still happening - it will simply be moved to late-Spring/early-summer of next year. The sequel to Anatomica will blow your minds and Amal is doing amazing things to bring the vision to glorious, colorful life :).

Hi Folks,
I wanted to quickly touch base to let you know shipping will be commencing soon. I was not aware of the challenges that Brothership is facing (all fulfillment companies are) and jumped the gun in saying it would occur within two weeks of the last update. Rest assured, the decks will still be shipping early!
Based on the last discussion I had with Brothership, we should see some labels by the end of this week, if all goes well. As they fine-tune the process, I am confident you will all be extremely happy with care and thought that is put into the packaging of your rewards.
That's all for now. Once shipping commences, I will share some more details about what happens next. Cheers!

Anatomica Tuck Photos - Shipping Update - BOTANICA is coming soon! - Website update

Hello!
I wanted to share an update now that I have received a couple of Anatomica tucks and witnessed their awesomeness in person. I am so pleased with how this entire project has come together and wanted to share a couple of photos and a quick video of the final piece of the puzzle:
Brothership has been busy assembling and wrapping the decks. I will send an update when the decks are officially shipped, but things are looking good to have shipping commence in 1-2 weeks. I'm so excited!
Botanica is coming...
Work has already begun on Botanica, which will be the sequel to Anatomica. I won't share too much now, but if you haven't guessed already, the theme will be quite similar, yet with a big twist. You will still get to see bright colors, amazing fashion, and a diverse lineup of court cards, but their anatomy will be even more bizarre this time around. What does the word "botanica" bring to mind? PLANTS. That is all I will say and it pretty accurately sums up the direction for Botanica and the limited edition, Verdana.
Website Update
Now that the pre-order store on Backerkit is closed down, I will be offering any extra decks on my Shopify page after rewards have been fulfilled. The site is not live yet, so I recommend following my Instagram profile (@curio_playingcards) for more details on the website launch. What to expect on the site:

Shipping address lockdown - things are heating up!

Greetings Backers!
Keep an eye out for an email notification from Backerkit. I will be locking down addresses ahead of time to start coordinating the shipping details once we are ready to move on to that stage. If you have moved or would like to change your address, you will have 48 hours to update the details before I lock them down.
WHAT IF I MOVE AFTER THAT?!?! No worries. Just send me a private message on Kickstarter and I will get you sorted out :)

Anatomica Cards:DONE and awaiting tuck boxes.
Anatomica Tuck Boxes:RECEIVED and in the hands of Brothership who will be assembling shortly.
Alterna Cards:DONE and awaiting tuck boxes.
Alterna Tuck Boxes:RECEIVED and currently being hand-numbered by me (more specifically, my wife who has handwriting you can actually read haha). Once numbering is complete, they will be sent to Brothership for assembly.
Carat Case Displays:DONE and in the hands of Brothership.
Collector Coins:DONE and in the hands of Brothership.
WHAT'S NEXT?
As you can see, all components are printed/manufactured and are coming together soon for final assembly. Once that is done, a very special package will be shipped over to our friends at Jocu in Europe so they can get decks out to backers outside of the US. I will get some more pictures to you in the next update, but I hope you are as excited as I am!

Big Update - Pieces Are Coming Together!

Greetings!
I have a great update for you and I am so excited. This project is steamrolling ahead and I wanted to share the latest developments:
Anatomica
Cards are printed by USPCC and safely in the hands of Mike and the Brothership team. Tuck boxes are nearly complete! The only step left is embossing, then those will be sent out to Brothership so tuckbox and playing card can meet for the first time. Check out the fantastic video sent to me by Fresh Impression:
Cartamundi finished these a while back, if you remember earlier updates. The cards are safely in Brothership's hands as well. Just today, I received a big box full of the Alterna tuck boxes! Now comes the enviable task of hand-numbering each one for you awesome backers, then we will forward these to Brothership so cards and tuckbox can meet. I had Brothership send me a limited deck, so I could see how the finished product would look. Feast your eyes on the completed Alterna limited edition deck:
As I said, we are getting so close! Soon enough, I will hand the project over to Brothership and Jocu to get these into your eager hands. We'll talk soon!
