I will be locking in orders on Backerkit for those of you who have completed your survey. You should receive a message from Backerkit saying you have 48 hours to make any adjustments, then cards will be charged for any add-ons at the end of that period.

Progress Update - Gilded Preview with Ugly Prototype :)

Greetings!
I just wanted to share an update. Things are progressing well.
Anatomica - Final artwork has been submitted and I got the green light for any potential printing issues. I should receive the digital proof any day to give them the final approval and get into production with USPCC!
Alterna - Final artwork has been submitted and the proof has been approved. Cartamundi will move Alterna into production at the end of this month! Woot!
Tuck Boxes - Digital proofs are being produced for my approval by Fresh Impression.

* * * GILDED PREVIEW * * *
You may be wondering just what in the world I am talking about. Gilded? When did this happen? I was always planning to have a small portion of the Alterna deck gilded but I decided not to have it be part of the campaign. I have backed far too many campaigns that get delayed by weeks/months while waiting for decks to be gilded. This is unfair to those who don't buy gilded decks as they would have to wait until the gilded decks arrive to have their rewards shipped. Alternatively, if I were to ship the non-gilded decks, those who backed gilded decks would have to wait for theirs while others get to experience the decks way before them. It's a lose-lose. Thusly, I will offer the gilded decks AFTER the campaign is fulfilled on www.anatomicaplayingcards.com.
I drew up a little concept that shows the cut out "peek-a-boo" stripes. After getting a test deck back from a gilder, I got really impatient. REALLY impatient. So I took it upon myself to cut up a prototype tuck and have some fun. The result is......wow. Ugly. But it gives us a small insight into the intention of the gilded tuck adjustments that will be precision cut by NOT ME.

Many of you may have been lucky enough to take part in the Warrior Women campaign by Headless Kings which launched almost exactly a year ago. The Warrior Women team are close friends and I am excited to help spread the word that Warrior Women Volume 2 will release next week!
This deck features all new Warrior Women throughout history, as well as a beautifully redesigned back and tuck box. What a perfect way to celebrate International Women's Day that was earlier this week!

QUICK PRODUCTION UPDATE
I have approved the final artwork for Alterna with Cartamundi! I will be in their print queue soon, which is also awesome sauce. Coins should be completed and sent my way next week, so I am excited to see how they turned out and I will share pictures! More news to come - take care!
